  • David B. Bobrosky is a Los Angeles Personal Injury Lawyer and Shareholder who initially joined our Firm in 1998. David represents individuals with accident injury claims caused by defective products or the negligence of others.

For the past decade, David has obtained multi-million dollar settlements and awards for people who incurred medical expenses, lost income and suffered debilitating physical and emotional pain.

Whether he is assisting people who have been injured themselves, or family members of wrongful death victims, David pursues claims aggressively during trial, or obtains fair settlements when it makes the most sense for the client.

David and his colleagues in our Personal Injury Practice Group pride themselves on not only the aggressiveness and thoroughness with which they handle each case, but also on the professional and caring nature in which they help their clients.

He successfully represents clients with accident injury claims resulting from:

    • City, County, and State governments who disregard unsafe roadways, walkways or other structures; or law enforcement agencies that violate safety procedures
    • Construction companies that put costs above safety
    • Global manufacturers of defective products that cause serious burns and deformity
    • Individuals who text or use cell phones while driving (Driving While Distracted, or DWD)
    • International theme parks who fail to follow basic safety procedures
    • International trucking companies who hire unqualified drivers or employ dangerous vehicles
    • Irresponsible pet owners who don't control dangerous dogs or other pets
    • Major businesses who fail to maintain safe properties for customers
    • Metrolink, Amtrak and other railroad or commuter carrier companies whose negligence cause serious accident injury claims
Experienced in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution, David initially practiced in the areas of business, real estate and general civil litigation before switching practice areas to help clients with accident injury claims. In those initial years, David also became a licensed California real estate broker.

In 2007, he became a Shareholder of our Firm, and in 2009, David was featured as one of the top young lawyers in Southern California when he was named a Rising Star by Los Angeles Magazine every year through 2012, and was subsequently named a Southern California Super Lawyer by the publication each year since 2013.

David earned a B.S. degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge in 1995, where he was elected to the Golden Key National Honor Society, as well as the Beta Gamma Sigma National Business Honor Fraternity. In 2015, he received a Volunteer Service Award from CSUN.

David joined our Firm after graduating Cum Laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1998. While in law school, David was named to the Dean's Honor List, and furthered his education by earning a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine's nationally-recognized Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. His training from the Straus Institute furnished him with the necessary skills needed in mediations and settlement conferences.

As a bar member in good standing, David is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
