Los Angeles, CA – Fortune Magazine listed Lewitt, Hackman, Shapiro, Marshall & Harlan as one of the Top Ranked Law Firms in the United States.
The rankings appeared in the magazine’s Investor’s Guide 2012 edition published December 26, as well as on CNNMoney.com, Martindale.com and Lawyers.com.
Less than one-half of one percent of firms across the nation made the grade, and Lewitt Hackman is one of only 26 firms in Los Angeles to be named a top law firm.
LexisNexis® Martindale-Hubbell® compiled the data to select the firms named. Each Top Ranked Law Firm has 21 or more attorneys, and one-third or more of those attorneys needed to carry an AV Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell.

An attorney’s AV Preeminent rating, which Zimmet also carries, indicates the highest level of ethical standards and legal ability, as determined by the attorney’s peers of the bar and judiciary, in a confidential poll. The legal community members who provide the ratings have experience working with the attorney under review.
