  • Kyla A. Parrino is an attorney in our Tax Planning and Trust & Estate Planning Practice Groups.

    Through careful and analytical practice, Ms. Parrino provides counsel to clients to advance their current and future goals. She represents clients in legal matters encompassing:

    • Planning for clients and their pets through estate planning, including preparation of various estate planning documents such as revocable living trusts, wills, and powers of attorney;
    • Representing beneficiaries, executors/administrators and trustees, heirs and other interested parties in post-death trust administration and probate matters;
    • Appearing in probate court for both probate and probate litigation matters;
    • Tax Planning to minimize Federal Estate and Gift Tax
    • Advising clients related to charitable giving and business succession planning;
    • Representing conservators and other interested parties in conservatorships of individuals and estates;
    • Entity formation and maintenance, including limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations;
    • Advising clients related to California property tax issues; and
    • Use of various irrevocable trusts, family limited partnerships, and supplemental special needs trusts for the individual needs of clients and their beneficiaries.
    Ms. Parrino earned her Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2015. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a Legal Specialization, as well as a minor in Philosophy, from Seattle University where she graduated magna cum laude in 2012.

    Ms. Parrino is licensed to practice in both California and Washington.
