Ean Schreiber

Ean Schreiber is Senior Counsel at Lewitt Hackman. His practice focuses on real estate, estate planning, probate and corporate law. He represents clients in transactions and litigation involving:

• Commercial property transactions and real estate disputes
• Wills, trusts and planning for the transfer of assets
• Estate administration and related court proceedings
• Business transactions and corporate legal matters
• Business litigation

With nearly 20 years of experience, Ean handles matters resulting in published appellate decisions, including Apple, Inc. v. Superior Court and Ambers v. Beverages & More, Inc. He was recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2020 and 2021.

Ean earned his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne in 2009 and his Bachelor of Arts in communications, with a minor in Judaic Studies, from the University of Arizona in 2005.
