  • Paul C. Bauducco is a business litigation lawyer in Los Angeles County. He joined Lewitt Hackman in 1985 and is a Shareholder and Chair of the Business & Civil Litigation Practice Group.

    Practicing law for over 30 years, Mr. Bauducco handles all aspects of general civil litigation, including contract, real estate and construction related litigation. Mr. Bauducco also represents employers in labor cases, including class action suits. He advises clients in pre-litigation matters, and represents them in alternative dispute resolution when mediation or arbitration are the best courses of action.

    Mr. Bauducco is a veteran of construction defect and real estate litigation. He regularly handles collection matters for contractors on commercial projects, recovering millions of dollars for clients whose customers failed to pay for labor and materials.  Mr. Bauducco represents clients in both the California Superior and Federal Courts, litigating matters from Central California to San Diego.

    Mr. Bauducco earned his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1985, where he was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review, was named to the Dean’s Honor List and graduated with honors. His Law Review activities included participation in the publication of the California Survey, a review of California case law developments. Prior to studying law, Mr. Bauducco graduated with his B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1981, where he majored in political science.

    He has served as a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Pro Tem, and as a litigation lawyer in Los Angeles, he is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California. Mr. Bauducco is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.  He is a member of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Ventura County Bar Association.

    Mr. Bauducco has also served various communities by assisting local youth sports teams and leagues in the formation of nonprofit corporations.  He was a founder and original member of the Board of Directors of the Gold Coast Youth Football League, which has grown to over a dozen chapters and serves thousands of children in Ventura County, Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valleys.  Mr. Bauducco and Lewitt Hackman have also participated in and hosted the Ventura County/San Fernando Valley Chapter of the UCLA Chancellor’s Society and Bruin Professionals. He is named a Southern California Super Lawyer in Business Litigation.
