Nicole Kamm represents business owners in a wide range of employment matters – providing claim prevention counsel, supervisor training, guidance for best practices regarding employment policies and implementation, and individual and class action litigation defense.
Working with employers in diverse industries, Ms. Kamm's experience includes defending clients in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies, against a full spectrum of employment-related claims.
She has successfully defended employers in wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour matters; secured favorable rulings from state and federal agencies, including the California Labor Commissioner, the U.S. Department of Labor, and the Employment Development Department; negotiated and settled demands by former employees; and worked with employers to properly classify workers as independent contractors/employees.

Ms. Kamm is active in the local business and legal community, serving as Chair of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association Employment Law Section. She is also a co-founder of Women to Women, a Los Angeles networking group for up-and-coming female professionals.
Named one of the Top Women Attorneys in Employment Law in Los Angeles Magazine, Ms. Kamm is also rated a Southern California Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine and is a 2013 Women Making a Difference nominee, by the Los Angeles Business Journal.
She graduated cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law, where she served as Lead Articles Editor of the National Association of Administrative Law Judges Journal. The employment law attorney earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
