Kira S. Masteller is a California trust and estate planning attorney and Shareholder at our Firm.

Her focus in our Tax & Estate Planning Practice Group includes tax planning for estates and gifting, wills, trust administration, powers of attorney and probate.

In her nearly 20 years of dedicated work in trust and estate planning, Ms. Masteller also has experience in defending senior clients from adult children attempting to control family assets, and in setting up highly specialized trusts to benefit charities, family pets and other, alternative beneficiaries.

Ms. Masteller is also a California probate attorney. She advises clients whose family members did not prepare wills, trusts or other plans by guiding them through complicated Probate and Guardianship proceedings.
