Paul C. Bauducco received his B.A. degree from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1981, where he majored in political science. He joined the firm upon his 1985 graduation, Cum Laude, from Pepperdine University School of Law, and became a shareholder in 1991. While in law school, Mr. Bauducco was a member of the Law Review and was named to the Dean's Honor List. His Law Review activities included participation in the publication of the California Survey, a review of recent California case law developments. Mr. Bauducco's areas of practice include civil litigation and labor law. His litigation practice is focused in the areas of business and construction defect litigation. His labor practice involves assisting employers in various aspects of labor law, including representing them in labor related litigation. Mr. Bauducco has served as a Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Pro Tem. He is a member of the State Bar of California and several local bar associations, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
