![]() Thomas Cecil practices primarily in the area of personal injury, immigration and naturalization law. He received a B.A. degree in history from the University of Southern California in 1978. He received his law degree from the University of Santa Clara in 1983. He joined the firm in 1989 and became a shareholder in 2000. Mr. Cecil is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, Central and Southern Districts of California. He is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Consumer Attorneys of California and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
