David B. Bobrosky earned a B.S. degree in finance from California State University, Northridge in 1995, where he was elected to the Golden Key National Honor Society, as well as the Beta Gamma Sigma National Business Honor Fraternity. He joined the firm after graduating Cum Laude from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1998. While in law school Mr. Bobrosky was named to the Dean's Honor List, and furthered his education by earning a Certificate in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine's nationally recog­nized Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution.

When Mr. Bobrosky initially joined the firm, he practiced primarily in the areas of business, real estate and general civil litigation. During this time, Mr. Bobrosky also became a licensed real estate broker. After a few years at the firm, Mr. Bobrosky shifted his focus to personal injury and wrongful death claims. Since then, Mr. Bobrosky has practiced exclusively in the personal injury department. In 2007, Mr. Bobrosky became a shareholder of the firm. In 2009, Mr. Bobrosky was named one of the top young lawyers in Southern California when he was selected as a "Rising Star" by Los Angeles Magazine. He was selected again in 2010.

In January, 2004, Mr. Bobrosky lectured to the New Lawyers Section of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association on the topic of Handling a Personal Injury Matter. Mr. Bobrosky has also authored articles relating to personal injury law, which have been published in the Los Angeles Daily News How To Guide, and the San Fernando Valley Business Journal/San Fernando Valley Bar Association Business Law Guide.

Mr. Bobrosky is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Fernando Valley Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers and the Consumer Attorneys of California. He has served as Chair of the New Lawyers Section of the San Fernando Valley Bar Association for two years, and is a member of the Membership and Marketing Committee, as well as the Bench-Bar Committee, which is a committee comprised of local attorneys and judges.

As part of giving back to the community, Mr. Bobrosky has volunteered at the Van Nuys Self-Help Legal Access Center and acts as a Settlement Officer for the Los Angeles Superior Court Valley Assisted Settlement Team. Mr. Bobrosky is currently on the Board of Trustees of Chatsworth Hills Academy, a private school located in Chatsworth.

Mr. Bobrosky is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
